About Us

DM Windscreens is one of Zimbabwe’s upcoming vehicle glass repair and replacement company, serving more than 60,000 motorists each year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. At DM Windscreens, we dedicate all our resources to repairing and replacing broken vehicle glass on any make, model or age of vehicle. Appointments to fix or replace damaged glass can be arranged online and the process can take place either at one of our DM Windscreens  branches or by getting one of our mobile technicians to come to you– at home, at work or wherever you are. 


With a Vision to create an “Integrated Automotive Solutions” Group, the founding Directors started trading in 2013 as DM Freight and Logistics. On 31 May 2013 Anopaishe Investments Private Limited (hereafter referred to as, Anopaishe or the Group) was incorporated, Zimbabwe registration number 9003/2013. In January 2014 additional capital was injected into the Group to consolidate the Group’s flagship – D.M Windscreens, and fund other strategic growth plans. Going forward there is continuous evaluation and self analysis of the Group, identification of new opportunities and challenges to ensure sustainable business growth for all our stakeholders.

In line with the modern day international trends and stakeholder protection, our organizational structure ensures segregation of key roles and responsibilities hence cultivating a culture of Accountability and Operational Oversight. We ensure compliance with the Motor Trade Association statutes and other Regulatory Authorities including the Revenue Authority.

Environmental Policy

The company is conscious of the potential adverse impact the business operations have on the natural environment. It plays its part by using environmental friendly consumables, and dispose of waste only at designated Municipality dumping sites. It has taken the initiative to practice and encourage recycling and safe waste disposal. It also continuously strive to identify and actively participate in opportunities that add value to the communities we operate in, as well as disadvantaged societies. Some of the staff have actively participated in voluntary programs run and or coordinated by non- profit institutions. Internally, management continuously listens and reacts positively to our own staff’s genuine welfare challenges.
